PoopDoc constipation relief formula has truly been a blessing

I have been diagnosed with chronic constipation and had been taking 24 mcg of amitiza which is a prescription drug, twice a day for two months. Two to three weeks could go by and still no bowel movement or when my bowels did finally move, it was like three hard little peanuts. When I reported back to my Doctor's office they told me to go to the nearest emergency room and that there was nothing that they could do for me. After feeling abandoned by them, I began to pray. I started researching the internet and God led me to a website named PoopDoc. Ever since I started taking PoopDoc constipation relief formula I have been going to the bathroom regularly. I now have at least 2 to 3 bowel movements a day. PoopDoc has truly been a blessing to me. Thank you Poop Doc for all your help and support.

Fiber and Plenty of Fluids Are Essential to Find Constipation Relief

Now while fiber and plenty of fluids are essential to find constipation relief, they will not address pre-existing blockages completely. As stated earlier, feces and waste will cling to the sides of your intestines and colon even with plenty of fiber and water. What is needed in cases where chronic constipation has been present is a colon cleansing.

Compacted bowel must be removed from the gastrointestinal tract or the bacteria and waste present in feces will be reabsorbed by your body. A colon cleansing will remove any compacted bowel left in your gastrointestinal tract and give your constipation diet the best chances for preventing future blockages. Be sure to find colonic cleanses that are made from all-natural ingredients.

Avoid the Pain and Suffering Caused By Severe Constipation

A diet rich in fiber is known to promote regularity and soften stools. Water will help keep the stool soft and the bowels clean. A lack of physical activity is a known cause of constipation, so be sure to include exercise in your anti-constipation plan. Finally, in order to reduce the chances of a fecal impaction or other blockages (and to remove all feces from the walls of the intestines and colon), be sure to cleanse your colon every few months with an all-natural cleanser to “keep the pipes flowing”.

By taking some very simple precautions and using common sense, you can avoid the pain and suffering caused by severe constipation. While you may still find yourself suffering from the occasional short term constipation, the health risks and pain are far less. Severe constipation can lead to serious health problems such as polyps, so be sure to consult with a health care professional when symptoms occur.

What Is Best Constipation Remedy?

Constipation always seems to strike at the worst times and can be a very painful condition to deal with. While chronic constipation is a very serious and potentially life threatening condition which should be addressed by a health care professional, short term bouts are bound to crop up from time to time. But what is used by some as a short term constipation remedy that can help alleviate the painful symptoms and help restore normal bowel function?

Constipation Remedy #1 — Laxatives

Were you to ask the average person what the best way to deal with constipation (short term), you would most likely hear “laxative” given as the answer. Laxatives can effect as a constipation remedy because they actually stimulate the gastrointestinal tract responsible for bowel movements. Simply stated, laxatives help enlarge the colon and then stimulate it to push waste out through the rectum.
