Hydration
One of the best things that can be done to try and battle the Rhett Syndrome and constipation connection is making sure the body is well hydrated. Most people don't drink enough water every day. On average, the body should take in 6-8 glasses of water per day. When you set all this water out, it really is a lot of liquid to take in. The best way to do it is to begin drinking water early in the morning, and keep drinking all day long. Many people will get a large glass or container that holds 3-4 cups of water and keep sipping on it all day long. Once they finish those glasses, they know they've met their daily requirement of water intake.
